Love using this app daily, but...

The app has stopped working since the last update. :( I am halfway through the French tree but when I try to practice weak skills, it says, "Theres nothing to practice right now. Try doing some lessons first." If I try to do a lesson it says, "Could not connect to Duolingo. Try starting the session again." It has been this way for a week - fix it, please! I love the Duolingo app otherwise.
