Former 5 star reviewer

I was on a 326 day streak. I had a steak freeze in place and you burned me, for once it didnt work. Now I have to start all over again. You didnt even give me an option to buy back my streak like you did with others. Not happy. Wrote support an email and no response. Wont be using this app anymore. You need to give me back my streak and try responding back to your loyal customers.
