Ok,so Im learning Spanish and I was looking At other languages and I accidentally pressed Greek, and it will not let me stop taking the course.

Lots of fun ways to learn a new language, a skill that we could all use

Needed a refresher course in French and duo lingo is a great way to learn. Using translation. Sentence structure, pronunciation and vocabulary all in a fun game like matter. Excellent app. Recently I have used this to brush up on my Spanish. It really helped out on a visit to C.A., but often is wrong as the situation more often dictates the word usage. That and their insistence to use the word headship and undership. Never in any English speaking country have I ever used these words. Perhaps apprentice or intern along with contractor or foreman might be better substitutes.

I have always wanted to speak Japanese and I hope you will add it to the next update

Its offers everything! Even a language called Swahili! But let me ask you... who the hell speaks Swahili! I wanted to learn Japanese but alas. Japanese isnt as good as Swahili I guess? Other than that its good.

I am brushing up on my German and learning Spanish with Duolingo and I can highly recommend it! ??

This is a great app, but I think that it shouldnt have to stop me after five mistakes fantastic app tho

I have NEVER reviewed an app before. This app does it all. I feel successful with my language learning as it tells me how fluent I get. At the end of my first session I was 1% fluent. It made me feel like my goal was actually attainable. This app is FREE. All the time no matter how far you get.... its free. Ive studied many, many languages over the years and I am getting just as good education from this free app than anywhere Ive paid money to learn a new language. I literally could write an entire page on why this app is amazing. If you are considering getting this.... DO IT ALREADY!!!!

As an inspiring linguist, Im always searching for great language learning apps; and Duolingo is by far the best Ive found so far. Not only does it offer a myriad of diverse languages, but its absolutely free! Language learning can be expensive, so the fact that this app provides spoken and grammatical aid for nothing, is truly amazing. I strongly recommend this app for anyone truly invested in acquiring a new tongue.

Great to be able to practice earlier levels. My kids use it at school so now were competing to see who does better!

Love Duolingo. Its easy, fun, and indeed free (for the most part). There needs to be a way to circumvent certain activities, like voice recordings, when needed.

Like to use it , easy to learn hope to see all the language on it

Been learning German through other sources. None have worked as well as this app

For French it has been an amazing helper! I had taken French in high school and its a great refresher! And the fake chat function has allowed my brain to use French instead of just repeating words. Trying out Russian next!
