Duolingo Learn Many Languages for Free App Reviews

I need to learn Dutch ASAP and this app is really killing it ! Thanks a lot guys for helping me to learn Dutch so fast !

One of the best apps to learn a language. Loving it.

nicely done app

I have tried a dozen of similar app but this one is the only one that I ended up using. I love it for their simple, clean and beautiful design. You just want to have a moment with it, learning just happens along the way.

Its very simple and easy to use app witch you can learn English pretty well

Its great app for all who want to learn new languages, or just refresh already learned ones! Still waiting for Japanese though!

I think its a good app to start with a language

Its disappointing that the app doesnt function the same as the site. Please add the discussions section after each sentence! Also it doesnt count heart bonus as a lingot when you test out (thats frustrating)

Hi guys! Te latest update has a critical bug in Hebrew and other RTL languages. In earlier versions, the audio icon in lessons was at the right side for RTL languages. Now it appears at the left side, but the text goes to the left from the icon, so its not visible. I cannot attend lessons because I cannot read the text. Please fix this.

Semplice ed efficace!

When you use the app to learn hebrew from english, the text to translate is half on the screen and half out. That doesnt allow to continue translating. I have screenshoot to explain better the issue

Hard to believe it is free.

Its a great tool for learning. I wish there was more actual teaching instead of learning words. I accidentally clicked on a language I didnt want to learn so I wish I could delete it. More features I want to see. 1: A romantic bot when unlocking flirting 2: a hard one heart test to establish a topic so its strength decays slower 3: allow changing group name 4: add more features to groups, ex: group leveling, chat, group battles where you see which group can get more xp in a week. 5: update menus for all languages 6: personal leveling

This is a great application and I have enjoyed using it. Just a couple ideas to keep users engaged: 1. More things to do with points 2. Pop up challenges for points - a randomly occurring pop up that challenges the user to a sudden death contest to test knowledge 3. Better voice recognition I would pay for this app - it really doesnt need to be free.

This app has been wonderful in the four years that Ive used it. However, the newest update to the game is beginning to be extremely irritating. If you get five questions wrong on the lessons, it will force you to wait four hours to get back on, unless you want to pay - and it has never been like that. Please fix.

Very useful for on the go learning!

When you run out of health, it takes way waaaay too long to recharge. Im at the beginning of learning greek and im making lots of mistakes, to run out of lives does not make me what to continue. Since i have to wait almost 20 hours until its full again, or at least 4, i really dont want to log in again.

The only thing is I want to learn Japanese but yall dont have that option ? but over all its great ??

Duolingo is, in some cases, more effective than a college course or Rosetta Stone. And its free. Period.
