Duolingo Learn Many Languages for Free App Reviews

I do really feel Like I am Learning the launguage but doing in such a way that it is fun and easy. Excellent for practicing and strengthing skills.

I have been using this app for some time now and I think its great but I would also love to learn Latin.

I use earbuds while my husband is sleeping.

Last night my streak freeze was activated however this morning it says my 271 day streak is over and I shouldnt have to pay to get my streak back.

I want to learn Japanese, and I tried to get the Japanese option and it said "you should only download this option if you already speak Japanese". Sorry, but how is this helpful to new learners? I appreciate the app, but Japanese is the only language I am interested in.

A friend recommended DuoLingo to me as she knew I was traveling to South America soon. Their lessons are well-thought out and offer an easy way to start learning a language. I like doing the 10 minute daily exercises that are emailed to me.

This app is amazing, it has helped me with my Spanish so much, and its free! If I had to complain about anything though, it would be that I wished the app had a way to pull up a table of the vocabulary you learned with the different conjugations. Otherwise amazing app!

Its a great app and really easy to use you guys did a wonderful job in it I was wondering if you guys could add another language (Choctaw) Ive been wanting to learn it if you guys could do that would be nice.

Please try to fix the problem, the app keeps crashing. It had been I while since I last practiced in the app. I tried opening the app today and it keeps crashing for every redo exercise , strengthen, every lesson and every practice, nothing is working at all! Please fix it?

This app is greatly you can do so much and learn tons of new languages

The only thing I would do differently is add a few more (and/or more detailed) explanations behind the reasons and rules of the grammar. (In my case its in German). That might just be because I like linguistics though ?

I knew this app via my language instructors post on FB. She raises three children, and all of them are tackling onto the way of mastering German like right in this moment. The post mentioning that she and her family member enjoy this app as if other gaming apps. Im struggling with learning French so far (still impossible to debate with French elementary kids), so I just really wanted to actually start to "enjoy" language learning again with refreshed mind and this app motivates me as I thought. The UI is very simple in looking with no over-advertisements, pronunciation will be given in every time you tap a word, and it is practically free access for new languages. Therefore at these points, I can recommend this app to all of language re/learners. I hope someday my first language (Japanese) will be added and more people enjoy learning it, while Im brushing up mon français. Anyway, Ill throw the maximum number of stars on this app, since I found no visual or crucial obstacles on it so far.

This is as good as many paying online language courses. Excellent and fun!

Our whole family is learning Spanish together. My daughters 9 & 7 can play on their tablets and we can check the family progress. FANTASTIC!!

Not much else I can really say. It makes learning languages really easy and fun, and I always feel compelled to learn more.
